If you ask anyone on the island where the most fertile field is, the answer is clear. In Dobropoljana. It is a place where men have cultivated and planted vineyards, maintained olive groves and orchards, and women would have washed the clothes on Vrilo while singing along.
The song has continued until nowadays, and Dobropoljana is becoming more popular destination of cultural societies. The International Folklore Festival attracts more and more domestic and foreign cultural societies and associations each year.
Besides cultural heritage, Dobropoljana residents are proud of their quiet beach, and the highest peak of the island Bokolj which offers a beautiful view of the channel and Kornati islands. This is a place where children's voices come from every street, and where the hosts are always happy to entertain you.
Dobropoljana also gave birth to the giant of Croatian sport, the famous basketball player Kresimir Ćosić, who scored his first baskets in his birthplace, the basketball club Bokolj.
Zadar archipelago is kept by a large number of islands. Pašman is one of them. It is situated only a few kilometers from the mainland and yet so close to the treasures of Kornati.
